According to this GLOBSEC report, which covers the results of opinion polls from nine countries of Central and Eastern Europe and the Balkans, more than one-third of respondents believe in conspiracy theories related to COVID-19. These results also indicate that the trust of these populations in their respective public authorities is a central factor in their acceptance of the COVID-19 vaccine.
