New Study by Digital New Deal Finds Engagement with Deceptive Outlets Higher on Facebook Today Than Run-up to 2016 Election

The Digital New Deal project of the German Marshall Fund of the United States has published a report measuring the growth of engagement with various media outlets considered to publish disinformation. The results of this analysis show that engagement with disinformation sources is greater today that it was during the run-up to the 2016 U.S. elections.
